I had to send something back and thought it might turn into a whole thing, but it was actually simple. The refund came through fairly quick, maybe sooner than I expected. Support got back to me like normal too, without a bunch of annoying back and forth. Overall, it went fine and I’m happy with it...

I’ve been burned before by shops saying something is available, then they email me later like it wasn’t actually there. So I was glad this time, because what I wanted showed in stock and it really was there.
Checkout was easy enough and my order came without any strange delay. it’s just nice finding a site where the stock info is staying updated and not making me guess.

I ordered from Quirks! and, i was a little worried about how it would show up. But the packaging was totally plain, so nobody would’ve had a clue what was inside. It also arrived faster than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. No weird labels, no awkwardness, just really straightforward. Happy with the whole thing

I ordered from kinksandquirks.com a little while ago — I wanna say maybe last month, or late the month before? I was unsure because online sizing is usually a gamble for me, but their size chart ended up being spot on. What I got fit about how I expected it to, which was a nice surprise.
I didn’t have to deal with returning or exchanging anything, which already makes the whole thing feel like a win. If I order from them again, I’d just stick with my normal size.

I actually liked the way the site looks, which is more than I can say for a lot of online shops these days. It has this quirky design that feels different without making everything impossible to use, thankfully. The colors and layout stood out and made browsing feel a bit more fun instead of the usual dull, copy-paste pages everyone seems fine with. it was a nice change.

My order showed up packed really well, better than I was expecting. The box was plain with nothing odd or obvious on it, and everything inside was wrapped securely so nothing shifted around or got damaged. Even the delivery guy had no clue what it was, which felt like a small win for me. Simple, discreet, and done right. No complaints at all.

I ordered from kinksandquirks.com and, as far as I can tell, everything showed up exactly how I picked it. No missing items, no wrong sizes, nothing that made me think something was off. I always second-guess myself when ordering online, so I checked it over a couple times, but it all matched. Happy with the order and I’d probably buy from them again.

I ordered a couple of things from Kinks and Quirks and, to be fair, everything matched what was shown on the site. The sizing and details were explained well enough that I didn’t feel like I was guessing, and nothing about the order felt misleading. The package also arrived discreetly, which I appreciated. It did take a little longer than I expected, but not enough to make a fuss over. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would probably buy from them again

I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t sure how quickly I’d hear back, but they got back to me the same day.
The person I spoke with was friendly and seemed to actually read my message, not just send a generic reply. They handled it easily and didn’t make it feel like a hassle.

"Just an easy site to use"
I found the site easy to use overall. Everything loaded quickly for me, and the menu just made sense, so I wasn’t stuck clicking around trying to figure out where to go.
